         Today, researchers are actively engaged in finding the applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in solving various data analytics and decision making problems related to Smart Cities .This workshop will focus on bringing together researchers ,engineerigs and practitioners working on systems and applications in the Smart City domain .the majority  smart city related problems could potentially be discussed  or solved using AI , can be presented in this workshop by researchers from industry and academia. Smart City as an emerging technology attracts researchers to organize several thematic workshops and conferences. The Smart Cities Workshop aims to bring together researchers, and academics in the field of artificial intelligence and smart cities to discuss the main challenges, issues, research problems and potential applications to support smart cities using the AI.           IWAISCA20 will be held in the city of Leuven. Leuven is the capital of the province of Flemish Brabant in Belgium. It is located about 25 kilometers (16 miles) east of Brussels. It is the 10th largest municipality in Belgium and the fourth in Flanders. Leuven is home to the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, the largest and oldest university of the Low Countries and the oldest Catholic university still in existence. The related university hospital of UZ Leuven, is one of the largest hospitals in Europe. The city is also known for being the headquarters of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest brewer and one of the five largest consumer-goods companies in the world.
